Las Vegas

Fun, inexpensive, and fast. These are three words rarely associated with a wedding except unless you’re having a Las Vegas wedding.

One of the appeals of destination weddings is the ease of planning, the stress free, no frills of it all. Who doesn’t love that? Most traditional weddings cost up to $25,000 or more, depending on your location. Getting married in Clark County is relatively easy. There is no waiting period, no blood tests, and not an enormously stressful affair. That probably explains why over 90,000 people chose to have a Las Vegas wedding last year.

Although the “Vegas Chapel” does not appeal to some people, it is still a great place to have a beautiful wedding. They have spectacular grounds perfect for a romantic, outdoor Las Vegas wedding. They offer all-inclusive wedding packages starting at $87. This is undoubtedly less than your average wedding back home. Instead, use the money you will save for the slot machines and shows.

In choosing a Las Vegas wedding, you can think out of the box. You can get married in a Hummer Limo while cruising the bright Vegas Strip. Or would you prefer to say “I do” while in a helicopter? You can even choose to get married in the Grand Canyon with an orange sunset in the background.

There are plenty of places to have your wedding on the Las Vegas strip. All the hotels have wedding packages, wedding planners, bridal services, etc. Some are traditional garden weddings, but others have creative options. You can get married in scuba gear underwater with mermaids. At the Mirage, for example, you can get married next to the volcano right on the Strip. At the Venetian, you can get married on a dreamy, white gondola. Who would opt for a boring garden wedding, when you could get married at the top of the Eiffel Tower at twilight? Another hotel offers weddings in a shark reef with 15 different species of sharks. There is always the all-time Las Vegas wedding favorite: Elvis.

Whatever your dream wedding is, Las Vegas can make it come true!

    • Summer is the off season in Las Vegas, and it is super hot, so they lower the priecs to entice people to visit Las Vegas. Droves of people go in the winter, when it is cold where they live, and that’s when they hike their priecs. In the Caribbean, summer is also the off season, right now you can get a round trip ticket for around $500.00. In the winter it will cost you around $1,200.00 for a round trip ticket.
